According to research, it takes an additional 1/3rd of a second to read a sentence that is stated in the negative.
To make reading easier, you should write in the positive as often as possible.
You shouldn't write in the negative because it takes extra effort to process.
Did you notice a difference in the above two sentences? Though the difference isn't that great, it is something to keep in mind as you are creating copy that is easy for your readers to read.
