When writing copy for a promotional piece, you want to keep your offer simple and powerful. Hit your main point over and over. Then you can add other bits and pieces as bonuses.
I know your product is so good that you want to show off all of its benefits, not just the top few. I have that problem myself. But you'll be doing yourself a favor by focusing on only the top benefits and driving them into the minds of your prospects.
