The Daily Tidbit

Bit #59

Your landing page should do nothing else.

When a user clicks an advertisement that links to your site, the page they see is called the landing page. This page should be geared for the specific ad that was clicked on. Your landing page should provide information that will cause prospects to take the action you want them to take... and nothing else!

Don't include extraneous links or navigation to your full website. You don't want the prospect to get distracted and leave. You may never get them back.

Stay focused, and sell them on ONE idea, product or offer.
