Use details.
Don't use generalities and vague references. Site specific figures, examples, times, etc.
That is, don't say "Product X works fast!" Say "Product X will have you back on your feet again in under 23 minutes!"
Then you can explain how you came up with the exact number.
Specific numbers add credibility to your claims. "92.3% of all doctors surveyed agree..." implies that an actual survey was done to come up with such a specific figure.
As you increase the specificity of your writing, you will see your response rates climb.
