I don't trust anyone who says they know for sure what is going to happen. I'm not even exactly sure what I will be doing tomorrow--how could I possibly know what anyone else will be doing.

I can guess what I think others SHOULD do. But that is a far cry from KNOWING.

And that's a good way to approach your marketing. You make educated guesses about how your market will react to your offers, or your competitor's offers. And then you test and measure to see if you are right.

Almost inevitably, your market will respond better to an offer other than what you thought would work best.
